Workforce Advantage Academy, Inc. is an Orange County Public High School where Juniors and Seniors can earn while they learn. We were chartered by OCPS to provide a high school diploma and paid internships. Students spend half of their time in small academic classes working to meet high school graduation requirements, and the other half in a paid job, gaining valuable work experience. Our graduates have a choice between college enrollment, a full-time job, or a combination of the two.
